Payment Terms & Conditions (International Consultancy Services – Non-Refundable) Last Updated: 25 /12 / 2025 These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all international payments made to Chaupal Sansadhan Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through www.chaupalsansadhan.com for international consultancy and advisory services, including land pooling–related consultancy. By proceeding with payment, the payer (“Client”, “User”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. ________________________________________ 1. Nature of International Services The Company provides consultancy, advisory, research, coordination, and facilitation services to international clients in relation to: • Land pooling advisory and structuring • Feasibility studies and land aggregation models • Policy, governance, and compliance guidance • Market intelligence and project conceptualisation • Strategic advisory related to rural, peri-urban, and infrastructure-linked land projects Clarification: The Company does not sell land or transfer property rights through this website to international clients. ________________________________________ 2. Nature of Payments (International) Payments received from outside India are strictly towards: • Professional consultancy fees • Advisory retainers • Research & documentation charges • Strategic planning and coordination services All payments are treated as fees for services rendered. ________________________________________ 3. Non-Refundable Policy (Strict) 3.1 Absolute Non-Refundability All international payments made for consultancy services are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to: • Advance fees • Retainers • Milestone payments • One-time advisory charges Once payment is made, no cancellation, reversal, or refund shall be entertained under any circumstances. 3.2 Reason for Non-Refundability This is because: • Consultancy services involve immediate allocation of professional time, expertise, and intellectual input • Services may commence immediately upon payment • Advisory outputs are non-returnable and non-reversible in nature ________________________________________ 4.
